Design & Construction Transflo A 40 Series Pump tubes are made of SS 316 Quality Material and properly designed. Assembly is accomplished simply by hand-tight threading of the pump to the motor. This two-stage pump with a removable suction tube is interchangeable with all Transflo A 40 Series Drive motors. All tube components are screwed together for accurate alignment and ease of service. Simple Construction allows for an uncomplicated assembly and disassembly by user for routine maintenance. Shaft Seals isolates the working parts from Process fluids thus preventing cross contamination. Shaft Seals are permanently lubricated which avoids periodic lubrication and hence maintenance time. The smooth contoured body and all other parts are threaded to each other. No Welding is involved in any part of our Pump. Complete strip down of Pump is possible with least number of tools even in Users factory premises. Heavy walled pipe allows for rugged operation without any damage for longer life. The Mechanical Stop provided in the Pump Body secures the drive Motor in its place.
